Overview
This clinical trial is being conducted for the purpose of teaching coping skills to those who suffer from stress, anxiety, and mood disorders to help them control their emotions. The groups will meet for 8 weeks in group therapy sessions. Each session will last 90 minutes. Participants also be asked to complete tasks using paper and pencil as well as on a computer.
Study Information
This is an interventional, single group assignment, with the primary purpose of treatment. There are an estimated 50 participants. The study began in February 2019 and is still recruiting. It is expected to be completed by February 2020.
Inclusion Criteria
- All sexes, ages 18 to 50 years old
- Normal color vision
- Ability to travel to Palo Alto University
- Experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and/or depression
Exclusion Criteria
- Anyone who has any conflicts with the inclusion criteria will not be eligible
