Being able to keep track of certain actions ends up improving your overall mental health. In a world full off stressing and depressing activities, I found myself on the verge of a mental breakdown. I came across sanvello a few weeks ago and I can certain progress and positive changes in my daily life. With tools and features such as mood tracking, the app helps you keep track of events that negated your previous encounters. I highly recommend trying it out.

I think that Headspace is the best app for meditating. It has sessions which help the new users into meditation. The app is very dependable. It gives you the chance to set your own schedule at your own time. They have meditation sessions which guides you through and exercise to keep you health up.

I love this app for so many reasons but the most important one is that it kept me entertained and busy enough to forget my negative feelings for a while. It is not mere distraction however because every second on the app is me learning how to better deal with all these issues after putting my phone down.

Pros

The surveys are both relevant and fun. It didn't feel too serious, which would have only triggered my anxiety (yes, really). Rather it felt relaxed and comfortable whiles still asking the questions that would be important to helping me get the results the app promises. It is great how every activity begins with a reason “why it works.” I always read that before I begin every activity. So I go on, looking forward to the signs on why this is already the right course to healing and health and I haven't been disappointed. With activities such as Aspire, Empathize, Give, Thank, Revive and Savor, you can already get an idea on why everything you need to be a better you is right at your fingertips. Also the articles are inspiring and informative and I so love reading so I felt even more catered too, personally. The community is filled with beautiful, kind and interesting people who are on a similar journey with you. The app understands that there is every possibility you might need further help and I was happy to see information about where you can find that, provided easily after my assessment. I hope I didn't leave anything out because there are so many useful resources to benefit from and I guess you will just have to try to see it all (in case I left something out)

Cons

In order to get a complete score breakdown or personalized activity recommendations, you have to upgrade. I understand the need for this but I feel like it could still have been done in a better way. For instance, through donations so that those who can actually afford to would generously contribute and even those who may not be able to pay for the full upgrade plan could still offer small tokens to help the app be better. Better still, the app could allow ads on free plans but still offer the full benefits to users and those who can afford to can then pay to have an ad free experience. Personally, I prefer ads and full access to no ads and limited access but that is just me.

“Stop, Breathe and Think” That is exactly what this app helps you do. I never considered myself as the kind of person with the discipline to meditate but somehow this app was able to engage me long enough to get there.

Pros

The audios for the exercises are read in such soothing voices and I really liked that they were available in more than one language and also read by different genders. The explore menu is like a fortress of gems (if that makes sense) So much resourceful material that I loved and I am sure you will appreciate too. The progress menu kept me motivated because I could track how my use of the app was impacting my feeling and thoughts.

Cons

You have to upgrade to get the full guided meditation.

This is one of the few great apps I have ever used for mental wellness. It by all means cannot replace a therapist or professional help but it comes the closest of all the apps I have ever used. It really promotes self-awareness and helps you understand your emotions.

Pros

My favourite part is that it allows you to connect with a community which is a great support system for me. I also like how the meditation tries to follow a scientific approach which somehow 'calms' me because Ifind such solace in logic and logical processes. Mood and habit trackers are useful for identifying patterns and that really helps answer the questions of 'how' and 'why' These are really important factors when trying to get better.

Cons

The meditation audios could be improved upon. I don't understand how such an integral part of a wellness app can have glitches. Also maybe developers should take another look at the authentication process. In order to get the full benefits of the app, you need to upgrade.

This is a fantastic app. I loved opening it with my 8 year old and I have been having him use it too. I was so proud of how he was answering the questions about his feelings and it really helped him during a meltdown.

This is a really easy app to use and gives you a nice reminder every day or anytime you choose which helps you stop and think about yourself and how you are feeling. Life gets busy and this is helpful for me especially when I am running around all day.

Headspace is a great app! It is great for learning how to meditate during the day and just to get started with meditating . It teaches you how to meditate during very busy times and I hope I keep using it.

This is a great app. As a mother I need some sound while I sleep otherwise I am always thinking I hear my kids during the night so this app is nice to have some sound going on in the background and it also helps me get into a better sleep.

Talk space is a good app and a good way to start therapy if your nervous about therapy. It is easier to commit since it is on the phone. Nothing you can say will make you feel bad since it is all over the phone.
