The Self-help for Anxiety Management (SAM) app can help you better manage anxiety and depression. This free platform will teach you different ways to deal with your feelings by recognizing them and what causes them. Once you identify your personal triggers, SAM’s guidelines and resources prompt you to take action.



When the burdens of anxiety and depression fill your mind, it can feel overwhelming and make you unsure of how to feel better. The ‘Self-help for Anxiety Management’ (SAM) app does not try to help by jumping into ways to “fix” tough feelings. Manage Your Anxiety

Responding after healthy contemplation can help you feel less anxious and depressed. SAM doesn’t expect you to always handle these feelings on your own. The ‘Social Cloud’ feature allows you to share your experiences with other SAM users, while still maintaining your anonymity.
