Users can either select the meditation to start right away or add it to their favorites to try at a later time.
It can be difficult to find time to meditate, so Declutter The Mind allows users to set reminders through the app. You can set a reminder for a specific time and the app will send you a push notification to let you know when it’s time to meditate.
All of the guided meditations are free. However, the app also features meditation courses that teach users how to meditate and learn how to practice. The first 5 days of these courses are available for free in the app and then if you like them, you can subscribe to the paid version of the app to continue enjoying the full course. The app is available at $7.99 for a month and at $79.99 for the full year.

One dealing with anxiety or stress sometimes it is hard to find a way to release that stress or anxiety. Especially if one has a busy life with work, kids and school. Therefore, I looked into this app because a friend recommended it to me. It has provided me with some good exercises to handle those stressful situations and it is super convenient since it is in your fingertips. I highly recommend it. It won’t take much of your time and you will actually benefit from it at the end.
With work, family and school I have a busy/ clutter mind and this has allowed some of that clutter go away and I've been more organized… so I highly recommend it.
Don’t have any really… app is not complicated to navigate and use. Which is really what you ask for at the end.

Great app for meditation!! Declutter is an app dedicated to everything “guided meditation” has to offer. The app gives you a full library of guided meditation sessions, as well as more lengthier courses. Everyday, users are given a new session, and you could also skip through some of the newer ones released. In addition, there are articles that could help you feel better.
In terms of guided meditation, the app is one of the best. I like the daily offerings, and they reflect your own life and situation. The articles are nice to read.
There are no cons of this app. It’s great!

I think this is an 'early access' version of the finished app. But it's features are already spectacular in its uniqueness! As someone with anxiety and a low stress-threshold, I love the fact that each day it is giving a fresh outlook to 'declutter the mind.' The sound mindfulness and love functions are great in helping with general calm and good mental health. A big thumbs up from me.
It's easy to use and it's features are pretty unique. My mind is generally really cluttered so I'm happy to have help in 'decluttering' it!
I think this is an early access of the finished app - so I'd love to see even more!

Declutter The Mind has everything you need to deal with anxiety and stress in general. It has a lot of features that help you know what to eat, when to exercise and how to meditate. The good thing about it is that it has more than enough you might not need to pay a therapist a lot of money when you can subscribe to the monthly or yearly subscription for a few bucks and you are good to go. It's so helpful in many ways. I recommend this to anyone who needs to get their life in order and live a healthy life.
